Points to ponder while writing a blog:
Introduction:
Know certain facts to create a good and easy readable content. Know the audience before writing the content. Focus either on Students or parents or teachers while writing the content. Grab attention of our target audience.
Content Readability:
- Readability is a way of measuring how clear and understandable the written text is.
- Language comprehension is a very important factor in content readability.
- Content must be written in an easy to read way then the target audience will spend more time on our website.
- Short sentences will give good understanding about the message better than a long sentence.
- Using short and simple words will help all the types of audience to read our content.
- Use Active voice sentences than passive voice since active voice will convey the message effectively.
- Using transition words will give better understanding of the content.
- Content must be in Text/Image/Audio/Video format.
- Use the keyword in the content as the first word in the first paragraph.
- Retain Content relevancy for target audience.
Word Count & Number of Paragraphs:
- Make sure that the blog Content contains 600 to 800 characters. (At the least a minimum of 300 characters.)
- Present the content as paragraphs.
- Each paragraph must contain 150 characters and a keyword in it.
- Give a suitable sub title to each and every paragraph to improve readability.
