A  Committee of nine members is constituted. All teachers and employees are made aware of the Act and their responsibilities to protect the children from any kind of abuse.Gender Sensitization workshop conducted for all the teachers.  Counselling and guidance sessions are provided on regular basis for both teachers and students.  Harmonious and inclusive environment ensured. Girls are given training in self defense and self protection techniques like karate. Interaction between POSCO Members and students are organized at regular intervals.  CCTV cameras are installed and monitored on a regular basis to prevent any kind of mishap. Students are always accompanied by a male and a female teacher as per requirement for any trip or excursion. Regular meetings are conducted and accordingly if there is any concern or update as per the news or newspaper the same is discussed and extra care or protection is implemented accordingly. Conduct of police verification for all employees. Controlled access to the school building by outsiders and monitoring of visitors. Log book maintained wherein the visitors enter the purpose of visit and other details.
